Heavenly Father, our destiny is in your loving hands. We are helpless in the face of the death of our loved ones. It is difficult for us to understand and affirm your plans. It saddens us that our deceased's eyes were broken and his hands were forever cold. We trust your word that nothing can ever separate us from your love. We pray for all of our community whom you have called to you. They have listened to your word together with us.
Accept them now into the fellowship of the saints and wise men. God of life, many people are granted sudden and violent death. Their final moments are often filled with paralyzing fear and unspeakable pain. Let them know that in life and in death they are yours. Make up for what they lack in your love.
